On Wednesday August 5th I held a Community Conversation with Ladysmith Mayor Aaron Stone.
The theme of our conversation was "Building Back Better". We explored opportunities to re-imagine our path forward to build stronger and healthier communities in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Mayor Stone and I spoke about reconciliation, increasing our resilience in the face of climate change, enhancing local food security, and overcoming civic infrastructure challenges.
